  • I am unfit and overweight, and I don’t want to feel out of place – can I really do HIIT workouts?

    Yes, you can! All classes are tailored for customers to go at their own pace. I have low and high impact options for every exercise, and every effort is given to make sure that everyone gets the results they want without feeling like a fish out of water. I have trained complete newbies who, in no time at all, are now doing 10 burpees and 30 press-ups with ease. We all have to start somewhere and you’ll find that there are other women in the same boat, who you can share your training journey with.

  • I have been exercising for a while – will I get a challenging workout?

    Absolutely. Everyone is different with varying levels of high intensity. I am happy and more than willing to provide you with a personal training method to challenge your regular routine. There are many ways I can adapt my classes and sessions – so if you need to be pushed harder, you certainly can be! 😜

  • What will I get from doing Honeyz HIIT bootcamps?

    If you follow my advice and trainings, I can guarantee that you’ll get amazing results, a huge sense of achievement, increased confidence, and your endurance, strength and overall wellbeing with skyrocket! You will notice your clothes fitting better, you’ll drop inches from your body and you’ll feel energised, reinvigorated and motivated beyond belief.

  • Why do you specialise in female-only bootcamps?

    Through my own weight loss journey, I know what it’s like and how it feels for women to struggle with their exercise regime and diet. It has given me a much better understanding of what women want and my aim is to make everyone feel at ease. My classes promise a sense of female unity and solidarity, so we can all relate to each other and can freely discuss all things female (sorry guys!).

  • What is HIIT?

    High intense interval training is brief burst of exercise (30-40 seconds) followed by a shorter rest period. This method of training gets your heart rate up and keeps it up to make sure your body burns more fat… 6 hours’ worth of calorie in 45 minutes? Yes, please! 😄

  • Why is a bootcamp better than the gym?

    I’ve had many gym memberships in my time and over half of us either don’t go or, when we do, we don’t know what we should be doing when we get there. Plus, think of it this way… By the time you’ve got to the gym, parked up and made your way through reception and into the changing room… you could already be halfway through your bootcamp workout and feeling very proud that you’ve just kicked arse in a total fat-burning session! No more confusion about what you should or shouldn’t be doing in your workouts. Join me and I’ll help you in every way I can, with ongoing support provided for healthy eating and exercising at home, while keeping an eye on your measurement stats!

  • What will I need to bring?
    • A pair of comfortable trainers (and socks)
