I started HIIT with Abby when I reached a point of being really unhappy with what I was seeing in the mirror. I'd put on over a 1 ½ stone and things had to change! Abby taught me to cut out refined sugar and gave me healthy alternatives to try. HIIT workouts are great fun and although I did find it tough to begin with, I started seeing great results from after just 4 weeks of training – losing 8 inches from all over my body to be precise 🙂 Throughout the workout Abby is bubbly and lively which keeps you motivated even when you feel like you’re going to crash and burn! This is definitely the most effective method of weight loss I have tried. If in doubt give it a go, you won't be disappointed.
